Player Bio: Bradlee Anae attended Kahuku High School in Wahiawa, HI. His senior year, his Kahuku team won the Division 1 State Title to go perfect for the season. He earned honors for the Honolulu Star-Advertiser First-Team All-State. He also was selected as KHON Cover2 First-Team All-State, All-USA Hawaii Second-Team, an Oahu Interscholastic Association Red Division First-Team, a Rivals.com Three-Star Recruit by Scout.com. Anae also chose to play in the Polynesian All-American Bowl. In addition to playing football, he also was a high jumper on the track team, and also played basketball. He took his talent to the University of Utah, where he led the team in sacks for three seasons. He started 37 games, and for his career recorded 131 tackles (83 solos), 40 tackles for loss, 29.5 sacks, three pass deflections, five forced fumbles, and recovered two fumbles.

#6 Bradlee Anae highlights

Strengths: He has a tremendous first step that explodes quickly up the field. When setting the edge, uses full arm extension of his arms. He does not overpursue when setting the edge. Use hands well as a pass rusher and bend well to get underneath to the quarterback. As a pass rusher, he has all the tangibles and creativeness of spin-move, club, chop, rip, and swim moves to his attack. Has the ability to play as a stand-up or three-point stance with the same effect. He averaged player when needed to drop in coverage. 

Weaknesses: He lacks a bull-rush to his repertoire of tricks. He depends on his bag of tricks, and his explosion off the ball limits his counter moves.  While he is on the attack, he needs to develop more to his arsenal. His tackling technique downfield needs some work tends not to finish the tackle. Lacks a lower trunk and can be blown out the play by drive blocks. ​
