Player Bio: Darius Stills attended Fairmont Senior High in Fairmont, WV. He started all three years after finishing his career with 191 tackles (44 tackles for loss), in which his senior year collect 75 tackles (30 tackles for loss) and nine sacks. He was awarded as two-time All-Big 10 Conference, USA Today All-West Virginia Team, and two-time AA All-State selection.

#56 Darius still highlights

Strengths: He is an unsized defensive tackle that is the best fit for a 3-4 defense at the 3-tech or 1-tech. He is tremendously explosive off the snap with an unbelievable get-off. He is swift to where the guards struggle to counter his speed inside. They struggle to get and punch on him as he burst through with fast hands and arm moves and contorting his body in different directions forcing the linemen to chase him. He is a tremendous pass rusher with a non stop motor, that forces the pocket to move with penetrating to the A-gaps, which forces discomfort for the quarterback and gets off his mark. At the next level, despite being undersized, he can provide many defenses with a spark with pressure in the interior.

Weaknesses: He is an undersized defensive lineman and potentially too small for the interior front in the  NFL. He will more than likely benefit from adding more bulk to his frame and strength to counter double team blocks. It often showed on film how his weight did not match up well with more physical linemen that doubled-team Stills. He has tiny hands that  does not allow him to disengage off blocks well and generally makes plays from the channel.
