Player Bio: Jaycee Horn graduated from Alpharetta High School in Alpharetta, GA. At Alpharetta High, he recorded 44 tackles (38 solos), five interceptions, and 12 pass breakups. He helped his school make it to the third round of the Georgia State AAAAAAA playoffs. His efforts helped him garner All-Frist Team, USA Today Second Team, and All-USA Georgia Football Team. Horn also received an invite to the Under Armour All-American and attended The Opening Finals camp after being rated the #22 cornerback prospect in the country. Horn is the son of former New Orleans Saints great wide receiver Joe Horn.

Strengths: He is long, great-frame, athletic, and has excellent speed, which is the right fit for an lockdown NFL cornerback. His backpedal is nice and smooth, where he can read and diagnose the routes. He has lovely fluid hips that allow him to flip then and run downfield. His best fit is when he lines up in off-coverages, allowing him to read the quarterback and receiver and the same instant. He is physical and aggressive, and he will attack the ball at its catch-point. He uses his long arms and quick hands to deny the receiver. He does this with excellent timing and benefits considerably when he able to defeat the receiver. He can play press coverage, jam the receiver with a good punch, and still turn step for step. He will mirror the routes taking away underneath routes, and play on the receiver on the check downs.

Weaknesses: He plays with a chip on the shoulder; some interpret it as cocky and arrogant from his overaggressiveness. He will become overconfident in shadowing routes where he will anticipate the breaks or cuts. He is tremendously talented as he uses his skills to make up for his undisciplined play. His traits are regularly seen on the field after each big play, as he displays taunting antics. At the next level, he will often see yellow flags if that behavior continues. He has many pass deflections but will need to create them into more turnovers at the next level. He needs to sharpen up on breaking down with tackles he whiffed on entirely of a few in his collegiate career.
