Ed "Pi Double I" Henderson

Player Bio: Kendall Coleman attended Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, IN. His senior at Cathedral High, He tallied 43 tackles (11 tackles for loss) and five sacks. In his junior year, Coleman recorded 16 tackles for loss with 7 1/2 sacks. He was responsible for winning three of the five consecutive Class 5A state championships. In 2015, he was ranked as the #2 defensive end in the State of Indiana. He earned honors at the American Family Insurance All-USA Today Indiana, Indiana Football Coaches Association Top 50 All-State Team, Two-time Associated Press All-State First-Team, and PrepStar All-Midwest Region. He also would earn the Defensive MVP his senior year.

Strengths: He is a violent defender coming off the EDGE with a powerful motor. He is stable and physically shooting down the line of scrimmage on the attack. He has tremendous power from his lower body that he uses to overpower averaged offensive tackles line across from him. He uses this method to obstruct running plays deep in the backfield. As a pass rusher, he has a beautiful bend and dips and under to get to the quarterback. A powerful move that he uses that will be rewarding at the NFL level.

Weaknesses: He lacks the explosiveness, agility, strength, and his length, and with a good pro day work out and offseason workouts, it will show in the pre-season workouts. He will need to get with good strength and conditioning coach; he can develop him with an explosive first step of the line. He needs to work on his hand placement as they are erratic, his reach far shorter than required.
