Player Bio: Kyle Dugger prepped at Whitewater High School in Fayetteville, GA. Dugger played for football and basketball at Whitewater High in his final two years. In his senior year, he produced 80 tackles, three interceptions, and five and five pass deflections. He selected as an All-County First-Team and All-County Honorable Mention as a basketball player. Went to Lenoir-Rhyne and played in 42 games, started in 34 after being limited for seven after an injury. He finished his career Lenoir-Rhyne with 237 tackles (152 solo, 6.5 Tackles for loss, 10 interceptions, 36 pass deflections, six force fumbles, six fumble recoveries, and six punt return touchdowns.

Strengths: He is the epitome of an NFL safety with proper height, weight, and speed. 
Ability to play in all coverages and processes the plays well. Has a great knack in attacking the ball while in the air and excellent ball skills. Great instincts to break on the ball and body up the receiver. His speed allowed him to have high angles of running and wrecking outside run plays. Very physical and will come down for run support—great punt returner with six returns for touchdowns.

Weaknesses: The level of competition will raise an immediate red flag to see if he transition well at the next level. After film review, it displays that he peeks at the quarterback, allowing his aggressiveness to cause susceptibility to double move routes. Lacks good tackling while in space, and needs better angles to the ball. He shows a bit of tightness in the hips and needs to work on footwork.
