Player Bio: Netane Muti attended Leilehua High School in Waiaha, O'ahu, HI. He was a two-way starter on both the offensive and defensive lines. Muti was named the ScoringLive All-Hawaii Division I First-Team as an Offensive Lineman and the American Family Insurance All-USA Hawaii Second-Team. Also, Muti was selected as the Interscholastic Association Red Honor as a defensive lineman and Second-Team as an offensive lineman.  
Muti earned a scholarship to Fresno State as regarded to be one of the nation's top offensive lineman. Injuries plagued his career; however, he was rewarded by an invite to 2020 NFL Combine. Muti would participate only in the bench press as he through up 44-reps to outdo the entire 2020 competition.​

#52 Netane Muti highlights

Strengths: He is robust and sturdy. At the point-of-attack, he is nasty as he pounds the defensive lineman with so much force. His healthy upper body allows initial contact and the ability to slip to the next defender. Strong arms allow him to push the defender with his hands and arms. He has good hips and flexibility and gets low with a good anchor. He, as a pass-blocker, has a quick kick step and sets his base good. Utilizes his upper body strength to counter bull rushers on the pass rush. Setback from injuries, he was regarded as one of the most fierce linemen in the country.

Weaknesses: His history of injuries has truly minimized his collegiate playing time. In three seasons, he suffered and ruptured achilles and knee issues. With his abundance of strength, he tends to become over-aggressive, causing him to appear to lost in space. He can get unbalanced and is susceptible to speedy pass rushers missing his target. The ability to play tackle may have to slide down to guard or center. On the pass-protection, he tries to out-muscle the rusher with his upper body strength as opposed to using his anchor.
