#9 reggie robinson ii vs Oklahoma st (2019)

Strengths: He has excellent length, size, speed, and the ideal fit to play on the outside as corner. He tends to have great instincts and reads the eyes of the quarterback and able to locate where the pass is going. He attacks the ball at its high point and can trail in coverage. He is a good press cover who will sniff out screens plays. He will come downhill to engage against the run.

Weaknesses: Despite his great instincts, he does not react quickly to them in coverage. He does have smaller hands and short arm length for a defensive back at his size. He will allow the receiver to dictate his backpedal and his weaving on routes. His excellent does not compare to him trying to recover after getting beat off the line. He needs to learn better to have better skills in zone coverages, and as a trail corner, he is susceptible to double moves. The speedy receivers with explosive first steps tend to cause him more fits off the line of scrimmage.

Draft Grade: 5.80

Draft Projection: 4th round

NFL Comparison: J.J. Wilcox
