#10 andre miller vs stony brook (2021)

#10 andre miller highlights

Strengths
  • He is a big-bodied receiver with good size, speed, and excellent hands.
  • The rare blend of his speed and size and his ability of explosiveness after the catch will intrigue the attention of NFL Scouts.
  • He has the excellent speed to take the short throws to the house.
  • He has an excellent work ethic to find ways to beat the defender and accumulate areas on the field to get the ball.
  • He will beat the defender off the line to threaten the defense vertically down the field.
  • He has large hands that pluck the ball from the air and has tremendous leaping ability.
  • He will go up and contest and win a majority of the 50/50 balls as he uses his body to shield off the defender.

Weaknesses
  • He is a high-hip runner that shows some stiffness as he is limited with flexibility.
  • He runs with sluggish legs and heavy feet, which can be a problem for the next issue in his routes.
  • He tends to get upright coming out of his routes allowing the defender to read his route selection.
  • He needs to refine his route tree, struggles on getting in and out of his breaks.
  • Big-bodied, but he lacks the physical strength of a receiver his size.
  • He will be an NFL project but cannot take away his speed and may become a practice squad player or sneak in on special teams.

Draft Projection: PFA - UDFA

NFL Comparison: Collin Johnson (New York Giants)
