Ed "Pi Double I" Henderson

Player Bio: D'Wayne Eskridge attended Bluffton High School in Bluffton, IN. In his senior year, he rushed for 1,020 yards and scoring 16 touchdowns. Eskridge became the school's all-time touchdown leader when D'Wayne graduated. He garnered the 2015 Indiana All-State Honorable Mention selection by the Associated Press. Eskridge was also a tremendous track runner; Eskridge won the regionals back-to-back his junior and senior year in the long jump, 100-meters, and 200 meters. He won the Indiana indoor 60-meter meter dash in 2015.

Strengths: He is a versatile, speedy, and explosive receiver who can take the lid off of the defensive backfield. Offensive scouts will be licking their chops to draft him as he has such appealing speed and dynamic playability. He has the built to play as a slot receiver as he will instantly separate himself from the coverage. He can threaten a defense by running past the defenders or take the short pass and take it the distance. His versatility allows him to return jet sweeps, quick screens, and return kicks. Add the shiftiness to his game, he will run sharp and crisp routes on intermediate routes. 

Weaknesses: His size and frame will limit him to be a slot receiver and dominate the outside. He has small and averaged hands as he drops passes by turning upfield before securing the ball. He has a small catch radius that limits his big-play ability to stretch the field. He will need to expand his route tree for the next level, limited to slants, go-routes, and shallow crosses.
