Player Bio: Isiahh Loudermilk prepped at West Elk High School in Howard, KS. At a small school that consisted of 8-man football, he recorded 97 tackles, two sacks, and two interceptions, along with five touchdown receptions his senior year. His West Elk career ended with 267 tackles, 22 sacks, and three interceptions on defense and Loudermilk caught eight touchdowns at the tight end. He garnered Kansas Football Coaches Association and Wichita Eagle All-State First Team, All-South Central Border League First Team all three years, All-District and All-Area in each of his three years at West Elk. He was named the teams MVP in his junior and senior years. Loudermilk was an excellent basketball player as well, named All-State First Team his junior year. In that season, he averaged 19 points per game and 14 rebounds to accommodate his skills and participated in track and field.​

Strengths: He is a versatile defensive lineman who can play the 2-tech, 3-tech, and 4-tech positions. He has excellent explosiveness, get-off speed, and great bendability. He moves smoothly with his strength to get to the line of scrimmage. He has a great vision with reading his key and finding the flow of the ball carrier. He uses his hand well when playing inside the interior lines between the guards and tackles. He plays well against the run; when lined up in the gaps will eat up blocks to allow linebackers to make plays.
He can create pressure toward the quarterback with his flexibility.

Weaknesses: His ability to work under the blockers' pads is very erratic, and he does not squat well to hold off the blocker. He will struggle to disengage from his block and will need to get stronger. He will allow the blocker to get in his chest and control his path. His penetration is affected when he does not contain significant leverage. He has had a history of injuries that kept him off the field in his sophomore and junior year. He had knee and lower leg injuries and arm injuries.
