Player Bio: Aaron Robinson attended Deerfield Beach High School in Deerfield Beach, FL. In his senior year at Deerfield High, he registered 41 tackles and four interceptions. Robinson garnered the All-Class 8A First Team and selected as the number 41 overall cornerback out of Florida. He earned a scholarship to Alabama but transferred after limited play his freshman season to UCF.

#31 Aaron Robinson Career highlights

Strengths: He is a fast, athletic, tall, and versatile cornerback who can play against the slot-wide receiver or outside. He primarily played against the slot receivers, which is not typical for an NFL cornerback at 5' 11". His rare versatility will have NFL scouts taking solid considerations. He also can play down in the box with excellent instincts to get home as a blitzer. He can shed blocks and navigate through traffic and make tackles with a bit of a thump. He plays with physicality and torments slot receivers due to his speed and ability to recover. He shows excellent hips; he is fluid and can flip his hips with ease.  His decision-making skills are good as he understands route combinations. He can attack the ball at the catch point, breaking up passes; he led UCF the past season.​

Weaknesses: The size of his hands and the length of his arms will place in compromising situations against the taller and physical receivers. He did not register many interceptions throughout his career may raise red flags for some scouts. His aggressiveness and physicality work as a disadvantage against him as he can either whiff on jams and tackles. He will need to refine his skills, especially when backpedaling. He will demonstrate irregular footwork and will struggle to come out of his breaks. At the next level, primarily will remain as a slot-corner and special teams.
