Strengths

• He is athletic, with quick feet to block against a defender on the move and in space.
• He can play well in gap schemes to help or pass down his rusher to climb out to the defender.
• He is relatively average in combo blocking, but he is one of the best as a seal and drive blocker.
• He is a cerebral player who can make checks and front protection at the line of scrimmage.
• He keeps his head on a swivel in pass protection to locate blitzing linebackers or safeties, twist, and overloaded protection front.
• He knows how to place his hands in the proper positioning to impede the rusher quickly and can mirror them too. 
• He plays aggressively and hard until the whistle blows.

Weaknesses

• He needs to add body mass to his frame, which is a bit under-sized.
• He plays above the pad level, allowing the defender to set the leverage.
• He needs to get stronger and not allow big-bodied defenders to push him around.
• He will lean instead of the knee bend at the waist with his high center of gravity.
• He does not stay balanced and depends on his technique to compensate.
• He is slowly getting off at the snap allowing gap penetration from the defense.
• He is refined to the center position only and will need to add some versatility.
