Player Bio: Tyler Linderbaum attended Solon High School, located in Solon, IA. He was a three-year starter as an offensive and defensive lineman recording 
37 tackles as a senior, with three tackles for loss and two sacks, and 44 tackles as a junior, with 28 solos, seven tackles for loss, three sacks, and a fumble recovery. Linderbaum earned district defensive MVP as a junior and senior, earned first-team all-state and all-district honors as an offensive lineman as a junior and senior, and first-team all-district as a sophomore. As a senior, he was named Iowa High School Male Athlete of the Year by Des Moines Register, All-Iowa Elite football team, and earned an invite to the U.S. Army All-American Game. Linderbaum also participated on the wrestling team, track and field, and baseball.

Strengths

• In this draft, he is probably the best center, if not the most talented offensive lineman.
• He is tremendously athletic, powerful, and versatile and can play center or guard positions. 
• He has a speedy interior lineman who has the varying speed to climb to the second level.
• He can get out in front to lead on screens, sweeps, and tosses.
• He uses his strong frame to control defenders with excellent strength to sustain his blocks.
• He is magnificent on combo blocks, and as a pass protector, he secures a solid anchor to halt bull rushers.
• He uses an excellent knee bend and the ability to recover if beat.
• He is very cerebral and can recognize stunts, twists, and blitzes.
• He will play until the whistle blows.

Weaknesses

• He will need to add roughly 10-pound to his frame.
• His arm length is relatively short for an interior offensive lineman.
• He will struggle against big-bodied rushers at the next level because of his light size and short arm length.
• The length of his body frame will tend to have him late on blocking scheme
