He is a cerebral player who does not get deceived by misdirection or tricks. He is a fierce run defender who can extend his arm to shield and make the tackles. He stays below pad level and able to use significant leverage against the run. He has a flawless play and very explosive off the line. He is a versatile player who can line up all over the defensive line and apply forcible bull rush and is always batting at the ball in the quarterback's hand.
Weaknesses: As a pass rusher, he seems to show that he has no alternative counter moves to his rush. His lateral movement is slow and shows when attempting to chase down runs from the other side of the field or from behind. Highly relies on the strength of his bullrush to get pressure where the development of it takes too long. He has a very minimum skill as a defender in pass coverages.
