#93 MIKE HOECHT game HIGHLIGHTS

Strengths: A 6-foot 290lb defensive lineman to run a 4.65 40-yard dash is unprecedented for a defensive lineman of his size. His 40 is tremendously fast, and bear in mind that Aaron Donald at 6-foot-1 ran 4.68 at the 2014 NFL Combine. He is a versatile defensive lineman who played at the 3-tech and off the EDGE. He uses a powerful bull rush to set up his attack against both the run and pass. He really can set EDGE and can move all around the defensive line. He is an athletic number to be perhaps used as a tight-end. At the next level,  he will be more viable at the 3-tech or 5-tech position.

Weaknesses: He played at Ivy League school as the level of competition will be questioned. He will need to work on his pass rush and find various types of counter moves with hands, chop, the club, and up and under moves. He tends to drop below the pad level that causes him to mismanage his leverage. His backside pursuit has know sense of urgency and needs work.

Draft Grade: N/A Has high chances of making the 55 man roster as a defensive lineman

Draft Projection: UDFA

NFL Comparison: Derek Wolfe
