Player Bio: Lemieux played played his high school ball at West Valley High School in Yakima, Wash., where he racked up a long list of honors, Coming out of high school he was considered the number 26 guard in the country. The fact that he was only considered the 6th best guard in the state at the time tells you more about the depth offensive line talent in the state of Washington than it does about Lemieux. He was recruited by a number of big-name college programs, including Utah, Washington, Boise Stat and Arkansas.

#68 Shane Lemiux vs washington (2019)

Strengths: Has the "mauler" mindset you like in an interior offensive lineman. A physically dominant player who gets off the ball quickly and understands the game. He gets out after linebackers at the second level on running plays. He is a smart player that is coachable, who will not lose his head, nor create a lot of simple-minded mistakes. He identifies and picks up the blitz well. Good team player. Four-year starter with a lot of big games under his belt at a top program. Proper technique, solid footwork, and uses his hands well.

Weaknesses: He is not the most athletic player, and probably not a player that slides over to tackle except in emergencies. Does not move well in space, could have problems with athletic NFL pass rushers (it was not an issue in college though). Because of his athletic limitations, he is not ideal as a pulling guard on running plays. May not be available when the Rams pick in the second round.

Draft Grade: 6.20

Draft Projection: 1st-2nd round

NFL Comparison: Laken Tolminson
