Player Bio: Isaiah Spiller prepped at Klein Collins High School in Spring, TX. Spiller rushed for 1,493 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns in his senior year. He capped off his stellar prep career by recording 3,587 yards from scrimmage and 53 touchdowns. Spiller garnered Dave Campbell's Texas Football Tops in Texas First Team, and the 2017 and 2018 15-6A Offensive M.V.P. Spiller would also be named the Houston area U.I.L. Offensive Player of the Year finalist the Houston Touchdown Club. He received an invite to play in the Under Armour All-American Game in 2018.

Strengths 

• ​He is a good downhill back that runs stern and angry and can run through tackles.
• He has excellent vision and can cut back to hit the open hole.
• He can get yards after contact with his physically solid lower body while keeping his legs driving.
• The ideal back for short-yardage and goalline plays with moving the pile.
• Despite being a powerful runner, he is a decisive runner with quick feet and is elusive in open space. 
• Quarterback best friend as a check down, with excellent soft hands. 
• He is a dual weapon in the backfield who can find open areas to prolonged plays.
• He is a willing participant as above average as a pass protector.

​Weaknesses

• He lacks the ideal speed for the next level, preventing him from being a three-down back. 
• He tends to run upright to prevent himself from hitting the holes faster at the next level.
• Uses cutback moves too often, which will result in unnecessary turnovers.
• He probably will struggle against faster and blitzing defenses.
