Player Bio: Joshua Paschal attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School, located in Olney, MD. He tallied 64 total tackles (nine tackles for loss), and 5.5 sacks as a senior. He recorded 104 tackles (47 solos), 7 ½ sacks, four quarterback hurries, and one safety during his career. Pachal also played basketball for Our Lady of Good Counsel High senior year.

Strengths:

• He is a physical player who plays with a high motor with good leverage.
• He is a substantial run defender who can shed blocks to make the tackle.
• He is a dynamic pass rush rusher who actively uses his hands and feet to set the edge. 
• He has tremendous explosion, strength, and quickness that he will use to work off blocks to get to the backfield.
• He can bull rusher the offensive blocker to the backfield to disrupt the play.
• He can stunt and penetrate the A and B-gaps effectively.
• He is a tweener that can play in 4-3 or 3-4 alignments.
