Player Bio: Mike Rose prepped at Brecksville-Broadview High School in Brecksville, OH. Rose was a three-year starter and, in his senior year, recorded 53 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, and tallied 82 tackles, 10 TFL, and two interceptions in his junior year. Rose was a three-year starter who garnered All-Conference and All-District First-Team and All-Conference Second-Team as a junior. Rose also excelled as basketball All-Conference basketball player.

Strengths

• He has excellent size, build, and frame for an NFL linebacker.
• He is very athletic and has good tangibles to play at the next level.
• He plays well in a box, can attack blocking schemes, and plays well off blocks to disrupt the run game.
• He is an excellent cerebral player with significant diagnosis and recognition of plays using his eyes with excellent vision to read screens, misdirections, and play action.
• He uses his hands well with a good punch disengage and pursues well in traffic to playoff blocks to stop the run.
• He has a great knack as a blitz and can get to the quarterback.

• He displays tight hips and, is not fluid, has high-cut legs.
