Player Bio: ​Joey Fisher played at Clear Spring High School in Hagerstown, MD. Fisher was a four-year starter at Clear Spring High and was the Tri-State and Clear Spring record holder in sacks. He garnered Offensive Linemen of the Year four times, Rookie of the Year, Male Athlete of the Year, Sportsmanship of the Year, Extra Effort Award, Triple Threat Award, four-time All-County, and two-time All-State choice at defensive end. He also
lettered four years in basketball and track and played JV baseball.

• Per our view, he was a 2023 NFL Combine snub from the workouts.
• He increased his stock at Sheperd's pro day with 40 bench reps (1st amongst combine), 5.03 forty (fifth among combine), 1.73 splits (third amongst combine), and 4.83 in the shuttle run.
• He is a powerful, physical, robust, brutal blocker, persistent mauler, and regularly dishes out IHOP specials.
• He uses his combined strength, power, and brutal blocking skills to render excellent drive in the run game.
• He will open up run gaps and can climb to the second level for blocks.
• He plays to the whistle, using his great size and strength at the right tackle position.
• Watch the circus act he performs in pass protection as he consistently pulverizes rushers, late-blitzing linebackers, or defensive backs.
• He will set a good anchor to fend off against powerful bull rushers

• He can get wreckless at times which causes him to make bonehead plays as he did in the Division II Championship.
• He relies on his power and strength, with leads to him pulling and grabbing and administering holding penalties.
• At the next level, he must polish up his technique and find better solutions to minimize that play.
• He needs to generate consistency with hand placement and locate his targets for backside pressure, screen games, and climbing to the next level.
• Against speedy EDGE rushers, he will need to gain more depth to counter the speed and moves.
• Level of competition can be questioned, a bully at the Division II level.
