Ed "Pi Double i" HendersonWorldWide Rams Devon Cajuste, the former Stanford Cardinal tight end went undrafted from the 2016 NFL Draft. The San Francisco 49ers signed him as an undrafted free agent and was released and picked up by the Green Bay Packers. In 2018, the Cleveland Browns picked up Cajuste as he became one of the focal players on the Hard Knocks training camp show.
Cajuste fits well in the Rams offense because his size at 6-foot-4 and 235 pounds put in between and flex tight end or big receiver. His 4.62 speed makes him a mismatch for most linebackers in the game. The converted wide-receiver has excellent hands and physically active. Cajuste had a tremendous preseason with the Browns, but many were surprised that he didn't make the 53-man roster. Cajuste can be the Temarick Hemingway that didn't work out to the Sean McVay's desire. The Los Angeles Rams should take a chance on claiming him from the Brown's waiver and sign him their practice squad.
