Ed “Pi Double i” HendersonWorldWide Rams The Los Angeles Rams have activated the 2017 NFC Special Team Player of the Year Pharoh Cooper to the roster. Cooper who suffered a ankle injury in the Los Angeles Rams week one game against the Oakland Raiders at the Oakland Coliseum. Cooper's injury was so significant that it required surgery because of some structural damage.
Cooper timing of being designated back to the roster couldn't come at a far better time as the Rams lost starting receiver Cooper Kupp to a season-ending knee injury. Kupp would tear his ACL on the same knee he injured a few weeks back on a non-contact play. Cooper will come up, and more than likely fulfill Josh Reynolds spot as he slated to start in Kupp's absence. In a corresponding move, the Rams officially placed Kupp on the IR, after having successful surgery to his knee. Cooper will return to his kick return duties. However, Coach Sean McVay stated that JoJo Natson would remain returning punts. The Rams will look to have a significant impact in their special teams tonight as they host the (9-1) Kansas City Chiefs at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The game will feature to explosive offenses on the field, where if you possibly blink, you’ll miss an exciting play.
