According to Rich Hammond, a reporter for the Orange County Register who covers the Los Angeles Rams has reported that the Los Angeles Rams have waived Chucky Williams, the undrafted safety out of Louisville.
Attempts to shore up quality backups at the safety position, the Rams have been stacking up with free agents. Last week, the Rams signed UDFA Nate Holley from Kent State, where he will join his twin brother Nick who joined the team weeks ago.
Rams also signed Steven Parker, a three-year starter at Oklahoma, left undrafted from 2018 NFL Draft. Other safeties signed were Afolabi Laguda from Colorado, and Ramon Richards from Oklahoma State.
Also, Hammond reported that the Rams also waived running back Larry Rose, the player who cleared waivers of the Tennessee Titans and awarded to the Rams.
The players released have reduced the Rams roster down to 88-players, and there are no new reports of any other free agent signing.
