WORLDWIDE RAMSEd “Pi Double i” Player Bio: Jake Funk prepped at Damascus High School in Damascus, MD. In his senior year at Damascus, he set a Maryland state single-season record after rushing for 2,866 yards. Funk accomplished that faith running the ball 249 times and also scoring 57 touchdowns that year. He helped Damascus to a perfect 14-0 record, winning the Maryland 3A State Championship after rushing for a record of seven touchdowns and gaining 270 yards on the ground. Funk earned all sorts of honor his senior year, named 2015 Gatorade Maryland Player of the Year, Washington Post All-Metro Offensive Player of the Year, co-winner of the 2016 Herman Boone High School Player of the Year award, a two-time consensus all-state selection.
