WORLDWIDE RAMSEd "Pi Double i" Henderson The Los Angeles Rams have unrestricted free agent cornerback Troy Hill to a two-year deal. Hill's contract has a base value of $5.25M and would receive a $3M bonus if he plays 52.5% of snaps on defense next season.
Hill went undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft and signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as UDFA. The Bengals released Hill, and the Rams signed him to the team where he has played the last three season. It did not go smooth for Hill where a DUI involving an accident led to his arrest the 2016 season. The Rams suspended Hill for that Sunday's game and then released him the next following day. However, with injuries to the defensive backfield, Rams would give Hill a second chance and signed him to the practice squad. Hill was promoted to the 53-man roster and later started a couple of games. Hill has stepped up and played in some good games as a starter and as a reserve. The Rams have a defensive backfield this season with returning reserves players such as Nikel Robey-Coleman, Dominque Hatfield, Kevin Peterson, Dont'e Deayon, Ramon Richards, Darious Williams, and fourth-round selection rooking David Long from the University of Michigan.

worldwide ramsEd "Pi Double i" Henderson The Los Angeles Rams have signed linebacker Ketner Kupp, the younger brother of third-year receiver Cooper Kupp. Kupp went undrafted in the 2019 NFL from Eastern Washington where his older brother set NCAA records at receiver. However, he signed with the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent but waived after a short stint with the team.
The three time All Big Sky Academic team winner, was a captain for Eastern Washington posting 115 tackles (5 1/2 for loss), one interception, and four deflected passes. Kupp also added one touchdown to his career on a 95 interception return. Kupp added to the 90-man roster will have a fierce battle to break the Rams line-backing core. The Rams are returning starters Dante Fowler Jr., Cory Littleton, and Samson Ebukam, signed veteran linebacker Clay Matthews Jr, and back-ups Justin Lawler, Trevon Young, Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, Bryce Hager, Travin Howard and projected starter Micah Kiser. The Rams also drafted rookie linebacker Dakota Allen out Texas Tech in the seventh round, and signed free agent Josh Carraway, and signed UDFA's Landis Durham (Texas A&M), Natrez Patrick (Georgia), and Troy Reeder (Delaware). Kupp dreams on making the team will rely on him standing out on special teams to break the 53-man roster; the Rams have some very young talent on the roster as he will need to impress the coaching staff. WorldWide RamsEd "Pi Double i" Henderson The Los Angeles Rams have added outside linebacker Josh Carraway to the team after the release of safety Blake Countess. Countess refused to accept a pay cut which led to his release.
Carraway, a seventh-round selection of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans, played collegiately at TCU. Carraway would make the Titans 53-man initial roster but would be released mid-season. Carraway would clear waivers as the Titans would resign him to their practice squad. Carraway remained with the Titans but released in 2018, and signed to the Washington Redskins practice squad. The 6'3" 245 pound Carraway will compete as an EDGE Rusher with the Rams a position that the Rams are brutally seeking a presence with an outside force. The Rams added veteran Clay Matthews during free agency, and also have Obo Okoronkwo, Matt Longacre, Samson Ebukam, Justin Lawler, Trevon Young, and Dante Flower Jr. to compete. Worldwide rams Ed "Pi Double i" Henderson On April 15th, the Los Angeles Rams and safety Blake Countess reached an agreement with his ERFA contract for $2M, and after the completion of the 2019 NFL Draft, after it was all said and done, the Rams would draft not one but two safeties. On May 2nd, the Rams waived Countess after he declined to accept a pay cut to remain with the team after selecting two safeties from the draft.
The Rams General Manager Les Snead traded back out of the first round by sending their 31st overall pick to the Atlanta Falcons for their second round 45th overall selection. Snead would initiate another move by trading back with the New England Patriots for exchange for their 56th and 101st overall picks. However, Snead wasn't done executing trades, as he would send that 56th pick to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for their 61st and 167th overall selections. With that 61st pick, the Rams would select Washington's safety Taylor Rapp as their first 2019 selection. The Rams would choose Penn State's special team phenom and safety Nick Scott in the seventh round adding yet another safety to the depth chart. At the beginning of free agency, the team signed veteran safety Eric Weddle to a two-year deal, and the team in addition to Countess has Marqui Christian, John Johnson III, and Steven Parker. It's not clear whether or not Countess was the only player to take a pay cut but its clear that he was not in favor of accepting. Countess been with the team for the last two seasons as a prominent special teams player and also was named NFC Special Team Player of the Week last season after replacing injured JoJo Natson on kickoff returns. With the release of Countess, the Rams front office announced that if cleared waivers they would welcome him back, but that idea halted as the Philadelphia Eagles signed Countess at his same contract amount. In a subsequent move, the Rams added second year linebacker Josh Carraway who spent time on both the Washington Redskins and Tennessee Titans practice squad. The Los Angeles Rams have resigned linebacker Bryce Hager to the team to a one year contract. The Rams drafted Hager in the seventh round of the 2015 NFL Draft where he played a integral part to their special teams.
Hager played collegiately at Baylor University where he was known as a fast and wrecking inside linebacker. The Rams used Hager on passing downs early in his career and started one game for former inside linebacker Alec Ogletree. Throughout Hager's career, he has totaled 37 tackles with 27 solo tackles in 64 total games. Terms of Hager's contract yet to be disclosed.
