The Los Angeles Rams completed their 53-man roster yesterday, and today they have submitted their practice squad. To the surprise of many, the front office elected not to obtain any players from the waiver wire.
Rams add the following players to their 10-man practice squad:
WR KhaDarel Hodge
WR Steven Mitchell
DB Dominique Hatfield
QB Luis Perez
DB Steven Parker
DB Ramon Richards
TE Henry Krieger-Coble
OG Jeremiah Kolone
TE Temarrick Hemingway
Further review of the Rams practice squad, it was determined that only nine of the ten practice squad players are listed. It's undetermined whether the Rams are looking at a player to sign from waivers or they'll add another player who cut from the 90-man roster.
Perhaps the Rams have contemplation of adding linebacker Tegray Scales or edge-rusher Ejuan Price, for myself, I'm just surprised that neither of the two was resigned.
Food for thought, potentially the front office may be exploring the options of adding another offensive lineman. The Rams opted to maintain only eight offensive linemen, and of the eight three are rookies. The Rams selected form the 2018 NFL Draft were OT Joseph Noteboom, C Brian Allen, and OL Jamil Demby.
Noteboom arguably is the more seasoned of the three and had an excellent preseason by not allowing any quarterback sacks or pressure.
