Player Bio: Darius Anderson attended George Ranch High School in Richmond, TX. In his senior year, he rushed for 2,274 yards and 30 touchdowns and caught 13 passes for two touchdowns. He garnered Houston Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the Year, 2015 Houston Chronicle Offensive Player of the Year and the District 24-5A Offensive Most Valuable Player. He was named MVP of the state championship game after rushing for 246 yards rushing.​

#6 Darius Anderson VS purdue (2019)

Strengths: He is small-sized back with a substantial lower frame that allows him to break tackles with relative ease. He is a shifty back that can change directions level and with excellent cutback skills. He has a good burst that gets outside the tackles and ability to make the defender miss in open space. Has is a playmaker, a good receiver from the backfield with excellent contact balance after the catch.

Weaknesses: A red flag went off at the 2020 NFL Combine with his 4.61 40-time pretty much of former NFL running back Amp Lee. He has an upright run-style allowing defenders to put arms around him disengaging from blocks. He lacks excellent vision on finding small holes in tight areas, something he rarely came across from his collegiate offensive run lane.
