Player Bio: Mohamed Barry prepped at Grayson High School in Grayson, GA. He senior year, earned the Class AAAAAA First-Team, and his junior year he earned All-State honors after one of state's leader with 16 sacks. He was a 2020 NFL Combine invite snub and will look to hear his name this 2020 NFL Draft.​

#7 Mohamed Barry highlights

Strengths: He is an excellent cerebral and articulate player with a great size body for an NFL inside linebacker. He plays with a high motor that is always working to the ball. He has excellent reads that allow him to fill the run gaps to attack the ball carrier. He has good closing speed and will not back down from anything getting his task accomplished. He uses extreme power to stop the ball carrier in their track, flashing sideline-to-sideline speed. He can make plays all over the field. He was a 2020 NFL Combine snub and will have a chip on his shoulder after the draft. He is average at cover skills but shows some signs of burst in his drops.

Weaknesses: He ran a poor 40-time at Nebraska's pro day (4.90), shows he lacks overall speed, may of drop his draft stock. He does not disengage off blocks well and needs to remain disengaged to work to the ball. He tends to allow his strength to get the best of him by overpursue run lanes. He does not have the right length and shows inconsistency finishing plays with a tight radius to tackle. He has shorter arms that are generally required.
