worldwide ramsEd “Pi Double i” Henderson The Los Angeles Rams now have their captains for the 2019 football season. The organization announced today that those captains are the following players: The two-time Defensive Player of the Year Aaron Donald, 2018 Pro Bowl quarterback Jared Goff, punter Johnny Hekker, veteran starting corner Aqib Talib, veteran Pro Bowl tackle Andrew Whitworth, and first-year all-pro Ram safety Eric Weddle.
This season Todd Gurley and Michael Brockers will not wear the letter “C” on their game jersey which is hard to understand for Gurley to say the least. The team chose Gurley as a team captain for the last three consecutive years 2016, 2017, and 2018, and just surprised he is not representing this season. The Rams will take their travel plans to Charlotte, North Carolina this Sunday to play the Carolina Panthers a game where the Rams are a +3-point favorite. The fans have anticipated this matchup for weeks and cannot wait to observe the offensive arsenal attack the Panthers defense.
